Sasha Jiang is an interdisciplinary designer and creative based in London, UK. She grew up in Singapore and China before coming to England to study art.
She studied performance design at Central Saint Martins, where she devised costumes and set for theatre productions. After that she completed an MA in medieval English art and architecture at The Courtauld Institute of Art, where she spent a year church-crawling across England. She then completed a second Masters in VR&AR at Goldsmiths University of London, musing over virtual reality theatre. She now works as a designer and AR/VR Creative at Digitas UK, crafting ideas and experiences across major brands such as Samsung, EE, Nivea, Crocs, and Haleon.
She’s a regular speaker at the Cannes Lions festival, Next Tech Girls and BIMA on immersive tech, and has written on immersive brand-building for WARC. Her research on VR theatre is published on IEEE VR.
